SMARTCENTRAL Frequently Asked Questions : EMAIL TROUBLESHOOTING FOR HOTMAIL USERS

I'm not receiving email notifications or statements. What can I do ? [HOTMAIL USERS]

Setting up Hotmail "Safe Sender" Setting

Hotmail and Windows Live have extremely agressive filters that blocks a lot of mail that is not spam. Although their web pages indicate questionable mail will go into your "Junk" folder, that's not 100% true.
