SmartFees MYOB Add-on Solution
SmartFees® has seamless integration with MYOB. It automatically updates your MYOB data file with transaction information from SmartFees®.
SmartFees® Income and Payment information can be uploaded to MYOB as General Ledger transactions and posted to user defined MYOB accounts.
Summary income figures can be posted to separate accounts for all fee types; CCR, CCB, JET, ISS, miscellaneous and sundry fee income.
SmartFees® allows payment transactions to be uploaded to MYOB in detail or summary format. Individual payment transactions can be uploaded or optionally accumulated by date and payment type first and then uploaded, allowing you to reconcile the bank statement within MYOB if preferred.
MYOB can be launched from within SmartFees®.
SmartFees can integrate with MYOB via direct connect interface or file export interface.
