We offer a range of training and consulting options to our clients. Whether you are new to SmartFees or would like some more advanced or in-depth consulting, we can design a session to suit your needs.
Instructor lead training sessions
These are customised to your exact needs and presented online using your own data. You tell us what you want to cover and our consultant will prepare and deliver your personalised course accordingly.
Self-paced training modules
These have been developed by our experienced support team to cover the most common aspects of running your childcare management system. These modules, which we call SmartClips, are available online 24x7 and are included in your support license.
Online Help Manual
The excellent training options are supported by an extensive online help manual. The manual covers all aspects of the system step by step with screen shots and troubleshooting guides.
