If you were an existing SmartCentral V1 parent or guardian your account will have automatically been migrated for you provided your child care service had your email address on file. If that is the case you can log in to SmartCentral with that email address and and password.
Otherwise your service can provide you with a service specific link to create your own account. They may have already created an account for you and sent you details if your email address is on file.
Look for an email from
no_reply@smartcentral.net . You may find it in your spam filter . If you do mark it as 'not spam' so you will receive all notifications from our site.
