The festive season is almost here.  

Below is a run-down of the support and CCS payment arrangements for this period and a reminder to let the Department know of any closures or changes to your session times.

Smart Central Availability

Smart Central is available throughout the entire holiday season, except for public holidays (26/12/22, 27/12/22, and 02/01/22) and weekends. This means that you can still get in touch with our support team if you require any technical assistance or advice. 

We can be contacted via our Live Chat service, which is the quickest and most direct way for you to get support. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 859 470 or email enquiries@smartcentral.com.au

CCS Help desk and payments

The CCS Help desk will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 23 December until 2 January, 2023 and will not be responding to emails or phone calls through its usual channels.

If you have an urgent matter that needs attention, you can call 1800 950 766 and leave a message with your details. 

CCS data submitted during this period will still be processed, however the timing of some payments will be affected by the holidays. Refer to the table below for more information.

Is your service closing or changing hours?

A reminder to notify the Department if your service will be closed or changing operating hours over the holiday period. You can do this via Smart Central.

We also suggest you close your rolls and pause bookings within Smart Central, if applicable. 

To submit a Temporary Closure in SmartCentral, click on CCS on the home page, then add a ‘New’ Temporary Closure.

To close your rolls over this period, use the ‘Holidays/Closures’ function within your Service set-up. Here, you can add a new holiday period and pause bookings accordingly.
