New Smart Learn Features

It's been a busy few months for the team at Smart Central as we've been hard at work on a range of new features and improvements that upgrade Kindyhub and relaunch it with a suite of improvements as Smart Learn, now even more seamlessly integrated with the Smart Central admin platform. We're excited to announce that these will be rolled out this month so we are giving you a heads up now!

One of the most commonly requested features for the Kindyhub product has been better user account administration, and we're happy to say that this has been greatly improved. Group administrators and operations managers will find it much easier to transfer/reassign staff between centres, and to manage group-wide templates.

We've also unified parent communications so that all parent replies are recorded on the parent profile instead of going to centre email addresses. This will make it much easier to keep track of conversations.

Staff-to-staff communications have been improved, with the ability to message staff individually or in bulk. And uploads of captures are now faster than ever, with support for a wide range of file types and sources including the most common file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive and MS Dropbox.

Our report designer has been given a major upgrade, with more layout flexibility and styling options to better reflect your unique branding. And our new form/checklist designer supports drop lists, checkboxes, e-signatures and more.

You'll also find that searching and filtering have been accelerated to provide dramatically faster access to information. This means you'll spend less time waiting for results and more time getting work done.

Our upgraded parent app provides faster and more visually appealing access to content while maintaining a consistent look and feel across all devices. Plus, it makes full use of the available screen real estate on various devices and orientations.

We've combined program and planning with centre events into a single calendar. This will simplify sharing programs and events with parents, and provide them with a combined view that's easy to follow.

Finally, we have completely redesigned how data is shared amongst the Smart Central modules so that changes made in any module are instantly available in every other module and improved partner integration so you can use more of Smart Central’s advanced features alongside our integration partners products.
